CSS-Dynamac employees Neil Daniell, Melissa Ivancevich, and Anne Busher were recognized by the U.S. EPA and DHS with a Certificate of Appreciation and Spring/Fall 2011 Coin for their support to the Bio-response Operational Testing and Evaluation Program (BOTE) Phases I and II. This interagency project involving the EPA, DHS FBI, DOE, DOD, and CDD was conducted at the Idaho National Laboratory in Idaho Falls, IA in the spring, summer and fall of 2011. Technical expertise and assistance was provided in several areas including sampling, sample management, training, and data management. The recognition acknowledged our staff's significant contributions to improve our Nation's capabilities in biological threat remediation.

CSS-Dynamac's Chief Scientist, Dr. Michael Roberts, will be presenting his research results at the International Space Life Sciences Working Group (ISLSWG), 8th International Workshop on Space Microbiology in Osaka, Japan on May 20th and 21st.
Scientists on CSS-Dynamac's contract supporting the U.S. EPA's National Exposure Research Laboratory in Cincinnati, Ohio are helping the EPA evaluate a new technology created by a French biotechnology company as part of its Thyroid Biosensor Project.
